PrepSense is used by job seekers to practice AI interviews. Candidates who turn on "Recruiter Visibility" in their profile appear in your search — with their name, title, skills, location, and interview scores. Their email stays private until they respond to you.
Select candidates in search, attach a job title and description, and send. Each candidate receives an email and completes a role-tailored AI interview on their own time. As results come in, you'll see scores, structured feedback, and full transcripts in your Requests tab — visible only to you.
The detailed results of interviews you request are delivered to you. Candidates see a confirmation that their interview was completed and sent, keeping your evaluation process private.
You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then your account drops back to the free tier. Your request history stays intact — you just can't see full profiles or send new requests.
